Merry Christmas!

Matt and Sarah wish family and friends a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! As you know, we have a lot to be thankful about this Christmas! Madison is a precious Christmas present. We can't wait to share her new developments with you over the coming year.

This year we've had lots of opportunities to travel - our favorite European trip was to Cinque Terre, Italy. Sarah was already pregnant, and tolerated the heat. Matt swam among the jellyfish, and leaped from rocks into the ocean. We navigated around train wrecks, and delays, and ended up in the most remarkable village (our lodging was on top of the hillside). We even saw the Leaning Tower of Pisa. In our childhood dreams, we never thought we'd see that!

Sarah and Matt were also able to make a few trips home to visit family through the year - just wish we could visit more often! Matt most recently had a wonderful visit with his daughter Megan in Alaska. She's a darling girl, already 8 years old. They had fun eating pizza, playing games, and Megan even had a doll fashion show. What special memories.
