Our new hometown - Harrogate

We couldn't have moved to a more glorious part of England. Harrogate is a beautiful spa town, a few hours north of London. While we get our fair share of rain, we've also enjoyed some gorgeous days. Harrogate is certainly not short on sites, shops, and great food.

Matt and I are eager to find a permanent place to live. We've been looking every day, and have been maxing 4 to 8 miles per day on foot.

Today, we ventured out, and rented a car! Yup, Sarah's driving like a Brit. Interestingly, you have to specify that you are renting an automatic, or you are automatically renting a manual transmission. It's not as hard as it looks, but driving a manual means you not only have to remember to stay on the other side of the road, but you have to shift with your left hand. It's really a great way to stretch your brain! It's been fun, as we've been able to go further, and see some of the beautiful countryside.
